JCorp Group
Where do we really stand on AI readiness?
This assessment benchmarks leaders across the JCorp group on two things: whether people feel supported, able and willing to work differently with AI, and whether their organisation is ready to make the shifts an agentic future demands. It follows the structure of the McKinsey AI Individual & Organizational Assessment.

How scores are read
Every answer is converted to a 0–100 index and rolled up through sub-dimension, category and pillar.
0–39
Little foundation in place. AI is largely absent from how work is understood, resourced and led.
40–54
Early signals of intent, but enablers, fluency and organisational shifts are inconsistent.
55–69
Real momentum in parts of the organisation, with clear gaps that limit scale.
70–84
Strong and broadly consistent readiness. Focus shifts to depth, redesign and sustained behaviour change.
85–100
Readiness is a genuine strength. The organisation is positioned to operate in an agentic way.
